Ingredients
- ice, as needed
- 2 fluid ounces rum
- 2 fluid ounces pineapple coconut juice
- 1/2 lime , juiced
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- ginger ale or lemon lime soda, such as Sprite ®, as needed
- 1 lime slice
- 1/3 pineapple ring
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add rum, coconut pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until the outside of shaker is frosted, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice, and top off with ginger ale. Garnish with lime and pineapple.
