Ingredients
- I pound cooked crawfish tail meat , thawed if frozen
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 green onions, green and white parts chopped
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ancho chili paste
- 1 teaspoon blackened seasoning

- Drain tails. Rinse tails; drain again. Add tails, celery, green onions, and capers to a large bowl.
